In this 4-week online course, I’ll present you with the knowledge and tools you need to take charge of the trauma symptoms that are getting in the way of your career success. Through a series of narrated videos, educational materials, and useful tools, I’ll challenge you to step into your power to find a fulfilling and satisfying career. In addition to 4 weeks of video instruction, you'll receive some tools to help you manage your triggers in the workplace and an invitation to join a private group of trauma survivors focused on building and developing your career.

Module 1 is all about Personal Safety. We will cover how our bodies were designed to keep us safe and how they respond to feeling threatened.

Module 2 is all about Managing Threats. We will cover triggers, flashbacks, coping strategies, and how to manage triggers in the workplace.
