Focused, personalized support for your specific career challenge.
Sometimes you do not need a community. You need someone in your corner working on your situation specifically.
WHO INDIVIDUAL COACHING IS FOR
Individual coaching is for professionals who want focused, one-on-one support on a specific career challenge rather than a group setting.
You might be a good fit for individual coaching if:
You are navigating a job search that keeps stalling and you want a personalized strategy
You are dealing with a difficult or toxic workplace situation that needs a careful, specific approach
You are preparing for a salary negotiation or promotion conversation and want to do it with support
You are making a significant career transition and want a thought partner through the whole process
You have been through the group coaching experience and want to go deeper on something specific
Your situation feels too complex or sensitive for a group setting right now
Individual coaching is sold as a separate package outside of the Resilient Career Academy membership. If you are not sure whether individual coaching or RCA is the right fit for you, the discovery call is the best place to figure that out together.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Individual coaching sessions are focused, practical, and built around your specific situation. We are not here to talk in circles. Every session moves you closer to a concrete next step.
Here is how it works:
We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to understand what you are navigating and whether we are a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we build a coaching package around what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all program.
Sessions are conducted on Zoom. Between sessions, you have access to tools, frameworks, and resources relevant to what you are working on.
Every session is confidential.
WHAT WE CAN WORK ON
Individual coaching covers the full range of career challenges, including:
Job search strategy: resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, offer evaluation, and navigating the search when it keeps stalling
Navigating difficult workplaces: managing a difficult manager, staying visible and protected, knowing when to escalate and when to exit
Salary negotiation and advancement: building the case for a promotion, negotiating your worth, getting credit for your contributions
Career transitions and pivots: making a significant career change, the first 90 days in a new role, rebuilding after a difficult exit
Professional identity and confidence: rebuilding your professional self-concept, owning your expertise, stopping one bad experience from defining how you see yourself at work
Leadership development: leading differently because of what you have been through, building psychological safety on your team, using your lived experience as a leadership credential
WHY THIS COACHING IS DIFFERENT
Most career coaching focuses on tactics: the right resume format, the right networking approach, the right words for a negotiation. Those things matter. But tactics alone miss what happens when your professional history has shaped how you show up at work in ways the standard advice does not account for.
My approach is built around the understanding that your work history, including the hard parts, shapes your professional patterns. Understanding those patterns is not a detour from career advancement. It is the thing that makes advancement actually stick.
That means the coaching you get here is designed for how you actually operate, not for a version of you that started from a different place.
I am a certified career coach with 25 years of experience and specialized training in trauma-informed practices. I take a limited number of individual coaching clients at a time to ensure the depth of attention each situation deserves.
